CSV Import and Custom Multi-Select Field Values

Is it possible to include values for a custom multi-select field in a csv import?

I've tried entering the list of values separated by
and a comma in my source csv file, but neither was not successful. Is there an alternate syntax it expects the value list to be in, or is it just not possible to include custom multi-select field values in an import?

Thank you!

Lisa

Re: CSV Import and Custom Multi-Select Field Values

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for your question. CSV import of multi-select fields are fixed in our next release, 2.9, which will be available soon. Import of multi-select fields does not work correctly in previous versions.

Look for the 2.9 release before the end of the month. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

Re: CSV Import and Custom Multi-Select Field Values

Hi Lisa,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. In 2.9, multi-select values will be represented as comma-separated lists. We are exploring changing this to handle
tags for later versions, but for 2.9, it will only handle commas. Hope this works for you.

Jason
