Can the Test Results set be modified to add more fields? For instance, we would like to add a field to track the Build # the test case was manually executed against. We could make a note of this in the Notes field, but there would be no reliable way to extract this info for reporting purposes.
Sounds like you are using the test configuration field already for something else, otherwise I'd recommend modifying the values of the configuration list to represent your Build#. Outside of that option there isn't a way currently to add additional fields to the test results. (I say "currently" because this request has come up before and therefore we are analyzing options for a future release)
