When I login as the Root Administrator and try to select different pull downs for the reports, the capability seems to work fine except for a "Status" field.  When that selection is checked and I log in as a regular user, the appropriate report does not provide that drop down selection.  I tried the same steps for "Version" and the various "String Parameters" and those fields worked fine.
