Moving an Item to a Different Folder

I can't figure out how to move an item (such as a use case) from one folder to another. How does one do that? Any recommended workarounds?

An item can be moved between folders as long as it is within the same set. Chances are you are simply trying to drag one Item Type (like a Requirement), into a folder of a different type (like a Task).
