When setting up the Pick Lists and Item Types in the Admin console, there are a series of Description fields that hold a little more colour for the use of the field. It would be really nice if a user, via a user profile option, could have those Description values be displayed in a tooltip when they mouse over the fieds. I say that this should be a user-configurable option because not everyone will want to see them and after the user is familiar with the forms, they'll probably want to turn them off. Certainly a feature aimed more at the new user on a project, but it could really help to guide the newer users to utilitize the forms as intended.

This is an interesting idea. Currently, tooltips are not quite that robust of an item. However, as they develop and become more malleable, I am sure we will look into this option. Thanks for the input and the solid idea!
