As I've been going through a few requirements I've been wanting to add tags to some. When doing so you go to the Tags tab and then add/edit. It would be nice to have that tab have a left and right pane - the left side showing existing tags for the requirement (or other item) and the right showing existing tags. WIth a quick scroll on the right and a click on the tag, the tag is then associated with that requirement. YOu would still need the add/edit if you wanted to create a new tag or delete, but seems like this mode is more for 'associate' rather than 'create'.
