The recent update email on "The Future of Requirements Management Software" went out to all user email addresses within our Contour account, including those users whom had been deactivated. I'm wondering if their is a way to disable this? I ask because we only deactivate users when they leave the company which leads to all email from those employee's accounts to be forwarded to their manager. As such, some managers received 3-4 copies of the recent update email.
Any thoughts or insight into this would be appreciated.
