Bulk/easy item copying

I'm looking for a way to easily copy several items from one place to another in my project. Currently, I have to select an item, hit Copy, then dig down the tree to get to the place where I want it, and repeat this process for each item. That's unacceptably slow - it's actually faster to create the items and copy-and-paste the text into them from the old ones. What I'd like is something like Ctrl-drag to copy, or multiple selection and Ctrl-C/V shortcuts, like Explorer provides.

Is there any way to accomplish this that I'm just missing? I'm fairly new to Contour, so I might have missed something, though I did search the documentation and the forums before posting this.

Thanks,

   Aaron

Re: Bulk/easy item copying

Hi Aaron,

We're working on implementing the "bulk" copy feature.  It's dependent upon a few things included in Contour 2.2 (available next week), so we hope to have it (batch copy) included in the following release - 2.3.  We're anxious for it as well.
