After updating to Contour 2.02 this last weekend, users are no longer able to add Comments to Items. It launches the window and they are presented with a pop-up that states, "Toolbar 'BasicJama' doesn't exist." (see attached). Thereafter the Comments window can only be closed, neither the Save or Cancel buttons seem to do anything.

I just tested on a 2.0.2 instance and it's working, so it may be something within your instance.
Ocassionally caching causes issues after upgrades so if you haven't already, try stopping the application server, then deleting the /work directory that is at the same level as /webapps if using Tomcat. /tomcat 5.5/work. This is a temporary directory that is a server cache of the application and may be holding on to some older 1.7.4 code and causing problems. The work directory is recreated when you restart the application server.
If you've already tried this, give us a call and we'll figure it out.
That turned out to be it. I had already cleared the server cache to resolve an issue with the initial login, but I hadn't cleaned out the browser cache since the server actions seemed to resolve the other issue. I did verify it on two systems before reporting it, so at least the cache issues were consistent across instances
