Currently, when a filter is applied it returns results only within the active project.  When working with a number of projects it would be beneficial to be able to include appropriate results from all projects the user has access to.  For example, when I filter on Requirements Assigned To Me I would like to see one list with all my assignments from all projects.  That way I don't have to apply the filter to every project individually just to discover if I have an assignment there.
