Hi - we'll probably need a bit more detail to diagnose, but we have seen this problem when text is cut and pasted into the rich text editor that isn't correctly formed HTML which can cause a server error when trying to view/edit the item.  We've got a fix and will work with Xeau to help resolve so they can assist you on your time zone.
