Feature Request: Batch updates via ad-hoc selection in Project Explorer

It would be really nice to have the ability to ad-hoc select items in Project Explorer (Ctrl / Shift + Click) and be able to batch update those items.

We are hoping to have this included in the 2.0 release - if not it will be in 2.1.
