How is our documentation?

We have received a ton of downloads for our single user license version, which is very exciting. However, with the sudden increase in popularity we've taken a second look at our documentation in an effort to make it as clear as possible. This will be an on going process but any feed back from all you new users would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Pretty good. I am a new user and read through it all today. In general, it was difficult to navigate. I wish I could have just gone to the "next" section or "back" instead of having to use the trace at the top of the page and return to home each time. I also didn't find a way to easily download it all at once so I could read it offline.

One item that seems to be missing from the documentation is how to set up Contour for sending emails.  My organization typically locks down everything unless specific reasons exist to open something up.  As a result, I fully expect the email notifications, new user account notifications, etc, will be blocked unless I can tell my folks what needs to be set up.  I did not see any reference to this in the installation instructions or user guide.
